About
IP/Internet/New Media Blog envisions a distinct practice area where these three topics collide and offers information relevant to the legal practitioner. The blog is associated with the Beverly Hills Bar Association Intellectual Property, Internet and New Section. The section hosts continuing education programs more or less quarterly in the Beverly Hills Area and invites attorneys, law students and other media professionals to join us either live or via webcast.

Thanks for creating this excellent resource. I look forward to contributing from the vantage point of mediation and arbitration. As an arbitrator, I have quite a bit of experience with eDiscovery, and have spoken on the topic as well. Please let me know if there is any interest in a BHBA program on this topic.
